Anyone know of any online support groups?
I kinda think of DS as one but not really...
I want to go to an actual face to face support group meeting but there are none around me.
I need all the support and help i can get for
depression, codependency, bi-polar, and break ups.........
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

Are you absolutely sure there aren't any? Call around, if you can. Go to the blue pages (Phone book) and look at the many social organizations. ANY organization which may be able to help, call and ask. They may be able to point you in the right direction. Hope this helps!!

There are some groups online, google codependency and follow the first few links, I did and I found some the other day. Also call AA and AlAnon locally and see hwt info they might offer on local groups, you may have to go to an inpatient program for alcoholism where they hold OPEN meetings...good luck !
