New to discovery of recovery for Co-Dependency. I have always been aware of my faults. It wasn't until a friend and I had a lengthy conversation about the "journey" I was on that it became clear to me what the issue is. Researching it in depth and 'trying' to change has made me more aware of the abuse in my life I am not happy with. Only I am not entirely sure how to get past it.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring?
