I am new here and have been looking to find somewhere I didn't feel as crazy as I think I am. I have just finished reading Codependent no more and seen myself throughout the whole book. I just don't know where to really begin. This has been a life long experience as a codependent and now I am finally ready to find myself and start a life for me. At 43 thats a long time to try and change ways, but I know I can do it.... I think. ha ha. If anyone has any thoughts as to maybe where I might start, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
