I have an intake appointment tomorrow at the mental health center. I think it's time I get some more one on one help from a professional. Since I was about 21 I have taken antidepressants of some kind until the past 4 years due to no insurance. I think I need them. I know they help the anxiety and help control the mood swings and the emotional down pours. I do okay when it's just me and my kids cause I have taught them my way of living (I have OCD and real bad anxiety) but you add anyone else into my structured planned life and I feel real out of control. I like structure. I thought this was a good thing to have structure...it helps me feel secure to know what I have to do or where I have to be etc.
