I got into it with the psych. who heads my therapy group.
A member had left the group, without saying.
The psych. asked if anyone else was leaving. I said that I was thinking about it.
She said why don't you just leave now then!
I got mad and said are you having feelings jane?
Then I get a letter in the mail from her. She says that I was responsible for her getting upset and saying that. She put a nice psych label on it. She called it projection identification.
I told my individual therapist (her boss). He said that she overreacted. And he said I overreacted.
I said I GET TO OVERREACT I'M THE PATIENT!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
It's always important for me to have accountability for my actions as well - to see the part I played. If you did this could you find your own unique solution to this problem?
Blessings..
