Some DS members have asked for advice on how to communicate with a SO. Many have tried and recommended different approaches. Here is what worked for me:
I used to write letters. They always started with.. This is very important to me. Please read this twice: Once with your mind and once with your heart.

Hi, I like to write to significant others about emaotional things. My significant others had too much of their psyche stuff that would distort, so letters provide a way for defenses to not be directed in a hurtful way toward me.

I think that is a real good way to start the letter. I know one person that hates to get letters. She is a real good at verbal combating. And she knows it. She has to face others perceptions with letters, and she doesn't like that.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
