try to go by my "gut feeling" when I try to read another person. I also watch their eye contact and body language trying to tell if they're truthful or not. Some ppl are also hard to read and MASTERS at deception.
What I am not however is a good judge of character...

I've been busy asking myself a lot of questions today and drawing some amazing conclusions about myself!
I'm not very good at knowing what someone is feeling but I can usually tell that they are feeling some type of turbulence whether it be sadness, anger, frustration ,etc.
ha ha
I know it's a joke but when I found a serious answer to give myself, it really helped.
Oh yeah, I'm right there with you- probably flying my way back from the Moon. That was one reason for my asking myself this question this morning. Identifying OUR OWN feelings.... it really ties into understanding others.
