Hi, I'm new here. I've been reading the posts, and this seems to be an extrordinary group. I have been lonely since moving to a small town. And I get so bored with the small talk that is the prevalent type of conversation. I once was very, very, very codependent. After lots of therapy work, most of the time I am able to stay out of codependent type relating before it happens. Though being lonely is a perfect set-up for blindness to involving myself in cod. relating. Especailly when the other person isn't aware that they relate codependently. It is decieving because most people are on their best behavior at first meetings, so its hard to tell if they are interested in knowing and being known, or a Taker.

I am new here, too. And I really like this group. I moved to a sparsely populated area in the Sierra Nevada mountains, which I love, though I get lonely for real talk.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
