I had a great weekend. Its been 2yrs 3 months without cocaine. The past 6 months have been the best years of my life. My childhood was terrible, my teen years were spent in foster care, & I lived on my own since I was 16. Now at 42 I have finally began to live. I never believed I could have fun without drugs or alcohol. I love my life now. It is possible to get through all the pain of our past. It is possible to enjoy our lives without using.
I just wanted to share this with you all. I know for me it was a big part of not wanting to stop using. I thought my life would be boring. I didnt know how much I could appreciate life. I thought I was appreciating life. My thoughts are with you all.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

Keep staying strong and remember what brought you to this point before and after you put the drug down. I do it once a day, sometimes not by choice and that sick feeling reminds me of how good it is to be free of the devil. At least for today...
