Some of you have been here seeking information regarding signs that your spouse, child, or loved one is doing drugs. Then at the drop of a hat these same people want to discuss how they left their loved ones, put them in jail, or things that just were harmful and ugly to that person. Yes, I understand the amount of pain they have caused you. Yes, I understand the financial difficulty they left you. Yes, I understand the childrens' feelings. However, did you ever look at the complete picture, in many cases, and see what you didn't look for? Did you look for what may have been the final straw to set things off? Did you consider their feelings everytime you emabarrassed them in front of friends and family? Did you consider their feelings everytime you were sleeping with another man or woman? Did you consider their feelings everytime you took took took and never gave bacK? Did you consider their feelings when you were too busy to be at important functions with them? Did you consider their feelings each time you called them losers? Did you consider their feelings when they were raped? Did you consider their feelings with every mental and physical they took? Did you consider their feelings when you were so cruel to them in school? Did you consider their feelings when they tried and you weren't there to support or help? Did you consider their feelings when they cried for help and you walked away? Did you consider their feelings when you didn't mean those vows you took? Did you consider their feelings when you told those lies when in fact they already knew the truth? Did you consider their feelings when you disrespected them in front of your own children? Did you consider any of their feelings before considering your own? Yes you are angry, but did you ever consider the fact they we are too? You spend all of your time talking to everyone but the one you should be talking to. And who are you really talking about? Yourself! The next time that you talk about yourself, talk about all those bad things that you did to us. Talk about how you set us off. We need to hear, "I'm sorry.", too. Enough of pretending your innocence, how about some confessing of your own. You want us to heal? Hug us, hold us, love us, listen to us, trust us, mean it and be there for us. There still many of us worth saving. We need you.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
