HI, im new to this discussion. I just went to dr yday & my AST was 69, My ALT was 287!!! Ive never had probs w these before.
Any suggestions other that contacting my dr???
Do i have anything to really worry bout???

this could indicate that you have some form of hepatitis.i would think that your dr. would contact you. but if not then by all means contact him

i would request a blood work up includung hep b and hep c.

I agree with all the others that have posted. Those levels are certainly not normal. I'm surprised the doctor hasn't contacted you. Don't let it go unchecked, that's for sure.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
