I awoke yesterday to a body full of pain, there wasn't an inch that didn't hurt. It was my grandson's 2nd bithday party and we had to travel an hour and a half to get there. I drove hoping I could concentrate on the road and let the pain take a back seat. Didn't work. My arms, hands, shoulders, neck and chest hurt soooo bad I just wanted to curl up and hide. It was really hard to have fun, but I got lots of hugs, kisses from my grandson. That made me feel better. I can honestly say I never want to go through a day like that again. My chest is still very tight, but the pain is a low in the rest of my body today, hoping it will stay that way.
