I've been on Percacet 10/325mg, 5 times a day, for some time now. My Pain Management doctor is going to change me to straight Oxycodone to eliminate the Tylenol. I'm probably going to have to live on this for ever, which is OK by me. I don't get wobbly from them like at the beginning. They just work on my pain. It's changed my life. My pain level is down to a 2 or 3, instead of a blasting 10. But is this drug going to hurt my liver as the years go on?
