I am in an enormous amount of pain.It was going from the lumbar to the cervical area for the past few weeks. My bff gave me a massage saturday and it helped my lower back but I think I am carrying a lot of stress in my back. Mainly in my neck. I don't want an epidural shots, but what else is there?, also I take 7.5/325 percocets, and at one point he gave me oxycodone(which I didn't want to take-it was VERY STRONG, and made me sick) I wonder if there is something between the percocet and the oxycodone that would work? I have been helping my kids left and right, and I have gotten myself in bit of a $$ bind. Therapy is $60 a week cash. No cc. and well right now, I am on disability and even though I get a good amount of income from this it is fixed, and I am not used to living on a fixed income. Not an easy thing to get used too. I have worked since I was 15.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
It is a little bit more than trigger points because you want the max amount of medication allowable to be used. It can also be done at the doctors office
