How many of you HAVE taken this with success?? Does it leave you groggy the next day?? Any other side effects??
I'm just tired of trying things that DONT work!! I've been on remeron, addavan (spelling? sorry), ambien and xanax ...... I'm crying out for help here. I have issues getting and staying asleep. I'm just so very tired and I feel like my family is suffering too ... I've missed plays at school recently, I am turning into a monster and absolutely cant deal with the lack of good sleep. I'm crossing my fingers this Trazodone will work and keep working !!!! I've gone a couple weeks without a single minute of sleep .... I went 8 days recently with NO sleep before going to the ER and asking for help .. I ended up with the addavan which worked for about four hours the first night and after that I went another 6 days on about 5 hours of "sleep" ...
Any advice on this medicine and getting to sleep would be GREATLY appreciated ... more than you know. Thanks!!

My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

I've been alternating ambiencr and lunesta for the past 2 yrs for insomnia related to anxiety/ibs etc.
I can cope if I can get sleep which I do with those.
I was hoping traz will replace both.
Sorry it didn't work for you.

Good luck sweetie.
Now my mother-in-law has been on trazadone for years and she swears by it. Like everything else I guess we are all different and process meds in a different way.
I hope it works for you.
