I'm not sure if I have posted here before. My memory is that bad lately.I have chronic pain from disk disease in my back.It affects my lower back and also my neck where I have a herniated disk.I also have widespread arthritis that moves around and comes and goes.I have auto-immune thyroid and also osteo-arthritis,the drs are saying possible lupus, but that its low grade at this time and hoping it stays that way. Also fibromyalgia. And plantar faciitis.tmj.
All of these give me some level of pain each day,but its the daily headaches..Each and every day that are the most debilitating.I'm waking up every day with a headache. It got bad about 2 months ago.I have had a history of headaches and sinus issues in the past.Ive had sinus surgery about 20 years ago.
This feels like sinus.I'm on my second round of antibiotics and its not giving up.I'm so tired and sick of crawling around the house in pain.Taking so much sinus medicine. Not going anywhere much.this is my favorite time of the year and I am too sick to enjoy it much.I'm just so miserable.
So Iwanted to say hi and and also are there any other headache sufferers here with me? anyone dealing with sinus/migraines every day? whats helping you?? thanks for the vent also.Hope everyone is ok ...
oh wanted to add im taking zyrtec for allergies, humidifier running for moisture, tried a netti pot, saline, amoxicillin, cephflexin, now augmentin for infection, flonase steroid spray, eating spicey foods will sometimes help....any other ideas? could this be caused by lupus does anyone know??? ok thxs !
It went pretty well. She asked what I've been working on with other doc, what I would like to work on in the future. I told her some things my current t does that I would like from new t. I explained a little about my family, addressed part of my safety plan. I see my current therapist two more times then she is gone. I will be sad about that. new t says probably all of June will be sessions on...
I have been diagnosed BPD, PTSD, Newly Diagnosed DID and Bipolar. I am not sure what is what having all the letters of the alphabet in my diagnosis. What should I expect and any tips I should be given to help? I have downloaded a few books on tape. Bipolar seems to run in the family. Thank you!
