i believe that alot of my problems are self inflicted.as i was young,i used to be strong,so bull headed,liked to party and i could always do it myself!i would load trucks with furniture,etc..wouldn't accept help because it meant(they had alterior motives). used drugs and alcohol like it was alright.i was a happy and friendly person that would always be there for others,but would not accept help.i abused my body (straining to do it on my own) and alcohol has contibuted to my deterioration.i can't help the scoliosis or bone disease but i'm sure i wouldn't be where i am right now if i had only known or listened to my elders!
