With all the meds my dh is on, he also has gastroparesis. Do any of you eat yogurt (and which one) on a regular basis to help your stomach? Does it help?

Someone recommended Activa here the other day to help get your bowels moving. I bought it and some days it helps and others, it just isnt doing it but its loaded with all those great bacterial that our gastroinestinal needs. So I would definately recommend that one.

i drink a yogurt drink or eat a cup almost everyday, and it really helps my stomach alot. They have those little bottles of DanActive in alot of flavors (yum), and if I am in pain at night and have to take all the pills, I usually drink one after the pills and I almost never have an upset stomach. And the good bacterias are also good for immunity as well. Hope this helps!
