I have this "cervical spinal stenosis." There is not alot of information on cervical stenosis, only in the lumbar area. I have begun to look at spinal cord compression, and everything I read says "have surgery" to prevent paralysis. I am scared as from what I know they cut your neck and go in that way. They will fuse c6-c7. I will have metal in my body.....will I get sore when the weather changes(I am lucky to live in Fl..:), and I know it is very important to keep myself in positive or good moods.
