I have an appointment with my pain doc next tuesday. I have been seeing him for over 2 years and it is the first time he has asked me to try to cut down my Lortab from 4 a day to 3 a day. I haven't been able to do it except for 1 day this month so far. I really truly need them to function and keep up with everyday life. I am truly trying to get down to 3, but I just can't. I'm afraid he'll be mad and start writing the script for only 3 a day, then what will I do? The reason he asked me to cut down was because my last injection helped me a bit, but now the pain is coming back just like it used to be, just like it always does. Any suggestions on how to talk to him about it? I'm just so nervous.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
