As we have some new members here from other boards I will start this off again today.
I wish you all a warm welcome and hope that you can make lots of new friends. We are a pretty good bunch here. Even if I do say so myself.
It is 10pm Saturday night her in Australia. It has been a very hot and humid day for Spring but it is cooler now and the peace is only broken by a frog croaking in one of the fish ponds.
As we had to take the sheep down to the shed for tomorrow's shearing I am relying on my mother's little pain killers tonight (again) and am now a very happy 1/10 and am hoping it stays that way so that I can get a good night's sleep.
Hope that everyone has a good start to their weekend and that you have a pain - less day.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Pain is down to about 4-5 out of 10. What a relief that is.
