I see where the Lyrica and the methadone both make you swell. Were you on these at separate times?
Have you tried Cymbalta? It is an anti-depressant that helps some types of nerve pain as well. I am on it and swear by it, not just for help with the nerves but it gives me a little lift to get moving most days. Hope you can discuss this with your doctor and maybe give it a go.
There are a world of meds out there to try, the squeaky wheel gets the greese so they say. I would insist that they help you.
