Hello everyone. I noticed that we haven't had many roll calls lately and thought I would start one to see how everyone is going these days.
It is nearly the end of the day here and even after doing the cleaning and other stuff today my pain levels, with a little help from our friendly pain killers, are around 2/10. The fact that we have fine weather with no change around helps a lot too.

Well, our weather changed drastically last night. Pain level 8-9/10. My husband had to carry my down the stairs when I woke up, couldn't walk. Makes me wonder if I'm going to make it this winter and I live in GA. How much further south am I going to have to go? Hope everyone else is doing better!

The weather here is changing, so we have a lot of wind gusts and the cold and rain are coming in. My overall pain is around 6/10, which is better than it was, but I have sharp upper abdominal pains that are off the chart. I have an appt with a gastro dr. on Monday, so I'm sure I'll be better before long. I'll just have to moan and cry for a couple more days. Hope everyone else is doing well.

Thank you for doing this. I have noticed it was gone as well.

Today isn't so good, my front tooth is falling out as a result of the medications we all take.

My pain is a 10 on the scale of one thru 10. Its pretty bad today.

the weathere is nice and my pain is 9/10 hate to see it during bad weather. My rheumatologist claims i have no reason to be all swollen and in pain, so won't treat me. and he's the only one iin the area. so i'm stuck.

My pain level has been about a seven today. My ribs are still so sore, and my legs are starting to ache a lot. hugs to all.

Unusually warm here. Hubby's pain is 6/10 - the lowest its been for a few months. This also brings his depression down to about 2/10.

Very cold here, it was 60 a few days ago, now it's freezing and windy. Pain level 7/8. I wish that it would stop.

Cold and windy over here but tonight the pain is not so bad about 6/10.

    theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
