Hello everyone Im new to this community but not to DS. I started having Chronic Pelvic Pain back in 1999 at the age of eighteen. I have been to many doctors and have had a wide variety of diagnosises. Everything from simple UTIs to PID. None of them were effective treatments. I had a diagnostic laproscopy this past January when I had my leep cone from abnormal cervical cells and my doctor did not see anything but still belived that I had pain that was real. I had a total abdominal hysterectomy back in may for carcinoma in situ of the cervix and my doctor then found the source of my pain. I had endometriosis around my ovaries and tubes. She burned it off and thought that she got it all. We left my ovaries in because of my age but now im back to having severe pain again. We are thinking the endo is back but donot have the money right now for another operation because we have health insurance. I have to wait until my husband is finished with his paramedic courses and finds employment with the baltimore city fire department. My doctor wont perscribe me anymore percocets and I cant contiune to take motrin because it makes me retain water even though it helps some with the pain. I am so sick of being in pain all the time. Does anyone have any advice for me. The pain affects my depression and my bipolar as well.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
