I was in a motorcycle accident in 2006, which left me with nerve damage and chronic pain in my groin with a feeling of being kicked in the testicles 24/7. After seven surgeries I am left with a spinal cord stimulator that helps reduce the pain. It kind of takes the edge off sometimes but it is always there. The more active I am, the more I pay with increased pain. It has ruined my life and I think of ending it all daily, sometimes hourly. I have tried numerous pain meds including oxycodone, oxycontin, hydrocodone, morphine sulphate, methadone, and a few others I cannot remember. I max out on the short term meds with tolerance levels and cannot function on most of the short and long term meds. I am the sole provider for a family of five so living out of it on meds and/or on disability is not an option. Just wondering if anyone has had any success for nerve damage pain, other than the meds I have listed. Any info would be great. Thanks.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
