Hi , my doctor recently switched me from oxycontin 40mg a day with oxyir 40 mg for breakthru pain to methadone and morphine for breakthru. I was wondering what kind of oxycontin dosages other people are on. I have always felt like i was on too low of a dose of the long acting medication and relying to heavily on the short acting. I want to convince my doctor to switch me back to the oxy's because they never made me sick and didn't give me side effects. My doc never upped my dose of the long acting meds before switching me .

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
