I'm Anneh and have been trying to live with chronic pain for past 8 years after motor accident amongst other things. Got out of a wheelchair 20 years ago after being in it for four years following yet another accident. So I know about pain and I know about hope. Have to as I'm still here. Trying to find different ways of coping is a real hiy and miss thing. I personally didn't see how talking about my inabilities could help or listening to others would either but they have. Knowing I'm not alone with my head is a safety valve for me. Stick around, join in when you want to and hang onto hope. Regards, Anneh
