Hi to everyone I am new here. I have nerve damage in my hands from four surgeries I had on my hands. I went to a new Dr. yesterday and he gave me a nerve block in my arm so that he could numb the hand to put a cortisone shot in my thumb. He could not do it without the nerve block because I can not touch anything to my hands without pain. I wear gloves to deal with it. I think the nerve block made me worse. I tjust use to be the palm of the hand and the thumb that I couldn't touch now it is the top of the hand and the index finger. Does anyone know what I can do for nerve pain. It is driving me crazy. Thanks Melinda

Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
