I am happy because I have two wonderful happy healthy children, wonderful man that loves me,pets that I adore,all the thngs any one could want. Just need to lose this crappy painful body for a few minutes and all is perfect.Good post!!

I`am grateful for the fact that I can think clearly now.
First year that the brain fog has lifted. Rest of the symptom still suck but its wonder ful to think again. This makes me happy.

my wonderful husband, my kids that I teach, and my kitty henrietta. The fact that I am alive.....and sometimes I am thankful for the pain oddly enough, because it reminds me of that gift.

I'm happy to be alive; to have the LORD in my life; my hubby and sons; my macaw, Sebastian; the wonderful, cooler weather we're experiencing w/out all the humidity; the walk I took this evening where I could commune with God and enjoy the beauty He created; for the community here!! Happy today. Sunday 14th October.
The bad headaches I was having seem to be gone. The cold/infection I was fighting seems to be gone also. Bought a new notebook computer and the big news in this country today the election has been called for 24th of November and there is a very real possibility there will be a new party elected to govern the country. I am feeling pretty happy, for a change.

I am happy that I was able to attend my niece's sweet 16 last night, she was so happy to see me, and a lot of family came from all over the states to attend. Nice night whether I was sick or not.

i am overjoyed at the friends i have found here of course my healthy children my boyfriend who loves me even on my worst days and for getting out of bed today and everyday no matter what i want to see my kids become adults and hopefully grandchildren one day i am grateful for hope.

    theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
