Hi everyone. This is the 1st time I have posted anything. I don't know why I am nervous about it, but I am. I have been suffering for about 5 years now with chronic pain mainly in my hands & feet (Stocking glove syndrome). I have had several tests & never found a reason for the pain. I was very large & always felt that being obese was the underlying cause for my problems. Well, I have lost 130 lbs over the past year or so & my symptoms have gotten worse! After being on a waiting list for over a year, I am finally going to Mayo in September. We are hoping to find answers to my problems. Has anyone had any luck with Mayo? Any suggestions/tips you could pass on to make the best of my long awaited appointment? Thanks!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
