I'm 28 yrs old and have lower lumbar lorsosis. My Dr says that he has only seen one case worse than mine. I also suffer from spinal stenosis and pelvic obliquity. I just wonder if anyone has these problems or has heard of these problems. My Dr is really great, but he is a Dr. He understands it and I don't. I ask him questions and I feel like I leave there wondering more about it. I see him about every two to three weeks. I have been on more meds then I care to have been and now he wants me do inject a shot of high level B-12 every week. Has anyone done these or know anything about those either? I feel alone in this struggle. I don't know anyone who has these problems. Any advise?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
