My therapist mentioned the possibility of my improving ny overall situation by maybe going to an inpatient program like John's Hopkins. I just somehow recall a negative vibe about it, but looking for any actual experiences. Thanks. BTW I basically have idiopathic polyneuropathy with some chronic pain from a major kidney surgery. Taking vicodin, muscle relaxants, antidepressants, anti anxiety meds. If I recall, first thing they do is stop all meds. It's an option I would consider if it actualy WORKS, but I have had CP for 20 + years and have tried many different things. Don't want to take a month off my life for nothing.
