Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
For me, I have only seen our dog so far today. I talked to my husband briefly about one of the phones not working. So my hugs have come from reading the hugs from friends here at Daily Strength.
For some of us, that may be the only good part of our day. For others, we may actually get that hug from someone.
But I was able to ask my husband how he was, and how his day was going (it started at 2 or 3 this morning). He drives a truck so many times our best communication is by phone. And I know he loves me because he tells me, but also because he works so much and even when he feels bad too.
So if you need a hug, let someone know either here or in the "real" world. We are here for each other so many times.
