I never thought to check to see if there was a support group for Chronic Pain online so I feel a little silly having just thought to look for a site today. I have been living with this horrible pain for 10 years and I am sooooo happy I found this place. It is really nice to read your posts and see others with the sames problems as me.
It is scary enough to go through Chronic Pain that is never going away, but to find others who understand takes a little of the fear away. I am really excited to have this forum to share our experiences and help each others handle this Disease. I just wish more people understood that we are not drug seekers or druggies and only do what we must to live a somewhat normal life and not scream or go postal due to the constant pain.
Anyway, thanks for being here and I look forward to hearing all y'alls stories and maybe learn some new ways to handle the pain and have a better life.
Thanks Terrie

My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
