like you were just banging your head into a tree?
I saw my gp yesterday who says I have severe fibro (duh) and severe osteoarthritis. She says I will feel better if I go on a certain diet and start taking certain supplements. I can barely afford my gluten free diet and supplements I am on now. I finally made arrangements to keep my cell phone but my lose my landline and internet due to no pay. I just don't have as much coming in as bills. I'm so frustrated. I had some hope and lost it cause I can't afford it. Called my sister in law cause my usual support system wasn't home and she screamed at me cause the whole world needs two jobs to make it and I don't have even one and I complain about money. I cried myself to sleep. Today I saw my neurologist and she was so nice and she is trying to get my headaches straightened out, hopefully get me on some pills so I can take something when I am out alone instead of suffering because of my shots make me sick so I can't tke them and drive. Tomorrow My cat get fixed and I feel like a worried mother.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I hate your sister in law acted so ugly to you! I believe what goes around comes around and she might need help herself some day...
At least you got a good neurologist and hopefully relief from your headaches will come soon!
I am here if you need someone to talk to. Dale
I get one electric bill and one gas bill paid for each year, so I pick the highest of each. It helps.
I do not know your phone company. ATT and Verizon for sure have low income phone, and yes low income DSL or dial up. My DSL is 14.95 and my phone for unlimited local is 6.95. I buy phone cards that make all long distance (anything out of the area or state) just one penny per minute no service charges.
There are ways to get help. You have to do the legwork. Many counties have emergency bill pay at their social services office whether you are on assistance or not.
Try applying for food stamps it is hard at first to ask for help, but when you meet nice and caring people who want to help it isn't so bad.
God Speed,
Ouch
God bless you darlin...can you get them to try Lyrica? It really helped me. thought the V.A.. is fighting me over that!
I don't want to undercut the importance of providing support in this thread.
But let it be known - the hubby and I were looking into LHEAP anyway, so I have the list of 1-800 numbers for getting info on your state's energy assistance program.
Message me, please - and I'll gladly send your state's number your way. :)
Just curious, is your doctor selling the vitamens?
