I have been on pain meds for almost ten years. I have bone masses growing under my left shoulder blade, jaw line, right knee, and big toe. The bone masses have spurs also. I have used Oxycontin, methadone, fentanyl and morphine. I had a bad reaction to the morphine. I am currently taking methadone and starting to have the normal tolerance problem. I like the fentanyl patch a lot, but that doesn't last long until tolerance builds up. I thought that if I could take both the methadone and fentanyl together I wouldn't have that wait until the medication kicks in. I also don't seem as foggy on fentanyl. I feel almost normal again. Or if anyone has any other ideas, I open to suggestion. My Dr. is really good about working with me. Thanks, Dar

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
