Pumpkin Gooey Cake
Melt one stick of butter, using a mixer add a box of yellow cake mix. Press the crust into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Melt another stick of butter
8oz cream cheese softened
15oz can of pumpkin pie filling
Tbs cinnamon
tps nutmeg ( I omit this)
1 lb box of powdered sugar.
beat the ingredients till mixed well, pour on top of the crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. The center should be gooey when you remove it from the oven. It will set up.
Cool completely and refrigerate.
You could substitute pineapple
Adventurous chocolate cake mix and use one cup peanut butter for a totally different taste.
Huge hit every year.

(I think I got this one from the Kraft recipe website)
1 8oz tub of coolwhip
1 8oz pack of cream cheese (softened)
1 teaspoon of crystal light lemonade mix
Blend together, spread into a graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 1 hour. Super easy, delicious and less fat then traditional cheesecake. It's great when topped with berries.
