I had aan insurance problem I added yesterday to the list and thanks for the advice,it doesnt make sense that the doctors office would let that many visits add up,I thought they submitted every month does anyone know?My employeer changed my insurance from a pos to a hmo.I have had some really bad pain in my left side from my injuries and I wont know if I would know when I am having a heart problem or its from my thorasic outlet or my nerve damage I really get scared about this since my problem is on my left side I have brought this up to my doctor and he does not know what to say.I was in the hospital and they said my heart sounded ok,but I broke my collar bone about a year ago and they didnt see it so I really dont have much faith.I also would like to know if anyone else has had a problem with the hospitals treating you badly after they find out you have to take pain meds?

I definitely do see it. I have seen things that would blow your mind when it comes to people running from doctor to doctor and ER to ER and specialist to specialist to get the pain meds. It's sickening. I could just go on for days about this............
If you have problems most medical facilities have social workers or employees who can handle patient problems on the spot. You have to ask.
The best thing you can do, is have all your film studies on CD and all your medical records with you. Hard to argue with evidence.
