Hi all. I hope everyone is doing well. I just need some feedback. I don't want to whine, but i am in so much pain and don't know what to do anymore. I have been taking ibuprofen, tylenol, and my hydrocodone, and no relief. I am trying to take as little hydrocodone as possible, but the pain is so awful I have to take it. I feel as if my doctor's at the school health center don't really think I need it, and I am just some drug seeking college student. I also think my mother thinks I am over exagerating my pain, but I am not. I also have been doing stretching, physical therapy, and had a massage...none of which seem to be helping. I was also diagnosed with mild scoliosis last week. I am seeing a neuromuscular specialist on Friday, due to my muscular dystrophy. I truly belive my posture and gait have alot to do with my pain. I am hoping she can help me. I think I need to have another MRI done to see how my disks are. I had degenerative disks 3 years ago after an MRI, so I wonder if it has gotten worse. any ideas, comments, suggestions would be so much help right now. thanks you guys.
