good morning everyone. i called the dr. this morning to make an appointment. he can't see me until tomorrow. as i have saide before, it is at my campus health center. i am hoping that i isn't a waste of my time. last appointment he told me the vicoprofen was the strongest med he'd percribe me. he said he will refer me to a pain clinic, but who knows how long that will take. im only about 15-20 hours away from being finished w/ my student teaching, but i didn't go in yesterday or today b/c of the pain. i can't teach second grade and special ed. students feeling like this. any advice for tomorrow would be great. thanks everyone for you support.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
