Hi everyone. I am new to this group and from reading the post I am finally thankful to find support group for myself. I can relate to many of the chronic pain problems. I have been suffering for about 6 years now and only getting worse. When I was 35 yrs old (40 now) I was told that my spine was degenerated to the age of a 70 year old woman. I have seen chiropractors, neurosurgeons, and I keep getting told that this is something that I just have to live with. I have since been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and herniated disc in my lumbar. I have had epidural injections, facet joint injections in my lumbar, and trigger point injections in my neck, all with no success. I also feel like the doctors that I have seen have made me feel like it is all in my head. This leaves me with much anxiety and depression. I have finally been referred to a pain management doctor and I hope to find something that will relieve some of the pain I am in. I am at a point now that I require help with about everything I have to do and I am miserable.
