I started having a new symptom last week, and it's nothing I've even heard of. It starts with me feeling a cold feeling inside my left ear, then the cold feeling (which I think is just lack of blood flow) spreads to the left side of my head and face, and one time it spread to my left shoulder. It doesn't last long, but it does make me really light-headed and nauseated.
I tried to get in to see my doctor today, but it's Monday, so it's really hard to get an appointment. I will try again tomorrow to get in to see the doctor. In the meantime, has anyone ever had this, or anything like this? Does anyone know what it is?
I would appreciate any information that anyone can give me.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
