I also have osteo-arthritis and myofascial pain syndrome, all of which are right in the ballpark.
The point is it could be anything those or non of them.
Do not take an Internet diagnosis as gospel, you will only suffer for it.
See a rheumatologist and go in with out offering what you think it is or isn't. Go in fresh and tell them your symptoms and let them test you for what they think it is and come up with a diagnosis.
My GP told me I tested positive for Lupus. Yes, I did the ANA antibody but when given the 13 or 15 marker blood test, poof I didn't have Lupus after all.
Please start fresh, you will feel better and do better.
