I am wondering how people with CML deal with shaking hands with people or giving hugs. I find that I am reluctant to shake hands with people who come to my office and I also worry about picking up bugs, especially with the start of flu season. I have had a seasonal flu shot, hopefully will get H1N1 shot, and I don't try to live in a bubble but I just don't quite know enough about having CML and how that impacts my susceptibility to germs. Do you take extra precautions or do you just exercise common sense? I am new enough to this to be a little scared. Many thanks.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
