The word around the CFIDS community is that we all too often have had ppl and drs. (yes there's a difference) tell us "we don't look tired." But how often is one PWC (person w/ CFIDS) able to look at another PWC and able to see their tiredness? ALWAYS! Give me two ppl. One w/ and the other w/o CFIDS. I can tell you in ONE second who has CFIDS. I think of this b/c I was just looking at a friend all dressed up who has CFIDS. She looks stunning. But I can clearly see the tireds in her eyes. The worn look. I've seen HUNDREDS of PWCs over 20 years. Every single one of them looked sick and tired. AND I am not the only PWC who can see that tired look, subtle as it sometimes may be. We don't look tired! My butt. The drs. who treat CFIDS regularly can even see the tired look. You look tired and it's visible.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
