I haven't been formally diagnosed with CFS, but I believe I have all the symptoms. No matter how much sleep I get or how much time I spend in bed, it feels like I'm always tired and unrefreshed. I have persistent back and neck pain, difficulty concentrating, some trouble remembering things, low energy (most days I feel like laying in bed all day), persistent headaches. If I do have CFS, where do I start? Should I first talk to my doctor to find a referral? Are there treatments out there? Help me, please!!
