Just thought I might pass on some luck I've had with some vitamins. I have arthritis as well as cfs and have found the following very helpful with the pain in my joints, it takes about a month before you will notice a differance. I take 500mg glucosamine, & 400mg chondroitin sulphate 3 times a day with meals, 120mg cod liver oil (also helps brain fog), I also noticed a difference in my mood when I take vitamin D which helps with lack of sun (Ireland is never very sunny). If anyone eles is on vit. they find helps them I'd love to hear from ya. I also am getting vit. B12 shots from my gp once a month, don't know if it will help yet will keep you posted. Ta for now , Eily

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
