I really don`t know what to do. I`ve had CFS for 20 years and have developed chronic face pain about 10 years ago. All awhile I would use about 0.5mg clonzapam on occassion for help on bad nights for sleep but since this face pain devolped I have gotten so that I just couldn`t go to sleep w/ the pain at night. Btw, nobody knows exactly what it is for sure but right now it is looking like damage of the trigeminal nerve. Evenings are the worst time of day for me.And if I don`t sleep the pain will just become excruciatingly worse! For about the last year I started taking muscle relaxers to help at bedtime along with uping the clonzapam dosage to 1mg. 6-7 months ago I tried the generic ambiem. It didnt work without adding Melatonin. Now Iam at the point where I can not sleep without 1 mg of clonzapam w/ melatonin and about 3 hrs later still no sleep then the ambien. Help! What happens when this stops working? What have I gotten myself into? I can`t bear to not sleep with the pain I`am in and pain centers don`t get this. It has been caused by toxins.Neurotoxins. I`am currently being seen by an intergrative person hoping something will shift pain wise but I still have this dependancy thing going. I have heating pad on my head every night also. Can anyone relate?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
