Thanks for the info. I had listen to some of the program before. I have not listen lately, I have a tendency not keep on going with something once I start it I guess. Good program though.

Most of us have the tendency to start something and not continue it. There's a name for that. It's called CFIDS. For those who can't recall, Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
