I don't but a friend of mine last October had a severe heart attack.....they eventually found that it was caused by a series of things....he had sleep apnea, which he did not know he had for years and that put a major burden on his heart muscles that were going into "overdrive" trying to get more blood/oxygen pumped out because of him stopping breathing during sleep.Once they did the sleep apnea tests, got him adjusted on the breathing machine at night, he has b een doing better

I believe she means a disease of the lungs that narrows the airways and causes shortness of breath

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
